Rules of "and" and "or"

I've learnt the use of "and" and "or"

A and B (A or B)

A, B and C (A,B or C)

A, B, C and d (A, B, C or D)

There'd be more.

What I'd like to know is how can put many items ?

For example as in the Bible, "But now I am writing you that who calls himself a brother but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or a slanderer, a drunkard or a swindler."

Is this a rule of the use "or/and"?

one + or + one comma/ one + or + one comma/ one + or + one comma ~~ the same pattern?

I think those 6 can be jumbled and written like an idolater or a drunakrd, a sladerer or a swindler because they don't have in common.

It is just a writing style. It is one way to deal less boringly with a list of six vices.
