rugby or Rugby?

I don't know why but this is causing me a lot of issues.

I have the following sentences and can not figure out if I should be using 'Rugby' or 'rugby'.

Any help would be appreciated.

"My main sport of interest is rugby. Not only do I enjoy watching rugby, I also enjoy playing on occasion."

A similar issue is with 'fantasy' and 'science fiction' in the following sentence:

"A keen fan of both Fantasy and Science Fiction literature."

I believe I was right in capitalizing both terms, however I thought someone here would know better then myself. I also wonder if 'Science Fiction' should actually be 'Science-Fiction', any thoughts?

Thanks in advance for any help.
