Rubbed

Your parents must have rubbed off on you.

I'm trying to say that person has been influenced by her parents, so can the sentence above be used or should it be the opposite.

You rubbed off on your parents.

I agree with the previous answer. Your parents' habits, or outlook on the world could rub off on you. To say your parents rub off on you would be confusing.
