For example, I am visiting places A, B, C, D in order and coming back D, C, B, A in order.
A, B, C, D is like my route.

Can I say " I travel round A, B, C and D in order"?

Is it correct? No. Here's what I'd say.
I'm visiting A, B, C and D, in that order, and then coming back the same way.

I don't think that would be idiomatic. Our expression "round trip" refers only to the point of origin and the destination, and I believe the intervening "stops" are not considered in the expression.

I think you must say, "I traveled / will travel to D, by way of A, B, and C, and I shall return via the same route."
