Round face vs a round face

A. Mila Kunis has a round face.

B. Mila Kunis has a round face shape

If you are talking about face shapes, and you only say "round face" (or any other shape) and leave out "shape" would it still be correct since the conversation (context) is about face shapes? Please let me know.
