Dear teachers

Please kindly correct my translation including the way I write the situation for the memo:

Situation : Since the Lunar New Year Holiday is coming near , the management of the company would like to announce the schedule of taking time off for the Lunar New Year Holiday and write a memo in which he assigns a number of staff members to be present at the company during the Lunar New Year Holiday to resolve or tackle on behalf of the management problems relating to the company .

To : All staff memembers

Please be informed that this year our company will observe the Lunar New Year starting from Feb. 2nd through Feb. 11th ( December 26th through January 05th of lunar calendar ). Please find below the schedule of skeleton staff for the Lunar New Year Holiday /Festival :

1/ Mr A to be on call on the fist day of lunar January-- Contact no.:00213365

2/ Mr B to be on call on the second day of lunar January-- Contact no.:00213365t

3/.......

I suggest that those whose names are mentioned in the schedule of skeleton staff should carry out these assignments strictly

Rather than saying "Mr. A to be on call on the first day" and "Mr. B on the second" etc. (which will make people have to count), may I suggest a little chart?
