Ross' or Ross's? And some other woes.

0 As far as I understand it, it's a matter of personal preference. For names like James, I go with James's. 02br

00However, when it comes to names like Ross, adding 01i00's02i00 makes it look awkward. If it's truly a matter of personal preference, then I would go with Ross', but then there would be a lack of standardisation which bothers me a bit.02br
