what is this answer to that question:

a-didn't have to b-mustn't
c-don't must d-haven't to
i think all the choices are wrong "didn't have to" is in the past and the sentence is in the present.........."mustn't is used for banned and forbidden things and that isn't banned.........there is nothing called "don't must" or "haven't to"
this question isn't wrong i saw it in a finale exam .........so, please help me and tell me the answer.
