Rooms & Beds

For a catchy description of a hotel, which will be used in a brochure,
could please check if the following is intelligible?

I wish to make it as short as possible for an expression used in a bullet list.
I wish to emphasize the rooms are and beds are large.

·Rooms larger than 35 ? / Beds larger than queen.
