For an answer to a question from a hotel guest,
are these sentences interchangeable? Does the sentence 2) sound natural?

1) We do not have room available for the requested dates.
2) We do not have room availability for the requested dates.

Thank you very much for your corrections, To enrich my expressions, may I ask you if "the requested dates" is singular, should I change FOR to ON as follows?
1)We do not have any rooms available for the requested dates. 2)We do not have any rooms available on the requested date.

(1) doesn't sound right. Probably you mean "We do not have a room / any rooms available for the requested dates."

(2) is acceptable, but arguably "room availability" is unnecessarily complicated/jargony/euphemistic phrasing.
