Here's what I found in the dictionary, but I still failed to understsand its true meaning:
(1) people pay a price for being on the move constantly in that they don't plant any roots in a specific place;
(2)people who are always on the go avoid responsibilities and cares

Hly2004 Here's what I found in the dictionary, but I still failed to understsand its true meaning: (1) people pay a price for being on the move constantly in that they don't plant any roots in a specific place; If you are always moving from one city to another, perhaps due to your job, then it's hard for you to make friends. It's hard for you to settle down and make your place seem like a real home. (2)people who are always on the go avoid responsibilities and cares Let's say work for a company, but you change your job responsibility very often.
