Roll out?

Could you tell me what 'roll out' mean in the following sentence?
In my English dictionary, I couldn't find a proper explanation for it.

I think the 'stock' is not equity shares as you pointed out. (And so, this 'roll out' is not that I would have to ask)

lucas21c but my dictionary gives me only three explanations like the following.
Dictionaries cannot show all meanings applicable to SF robots. However, there should be a 4th definition applicable to robots as well as military units. Here's one:
