Roll Me Five Off


In the video around 17:45 to 17:51, the customs officer, interrogating a traveler and asking for some names, said:

"Roll me five off"

Should it be "roll me off five (names)"? Because when I write up a list for somebody, I would say:

"I wrote him up a list."
and not:

"I wrote him a list up."
