Angelo brought over a bowl of fresh strawberries,honeydew melon and creamy Greek yogurt, topped with local honey and walnuts, and a cup of thick black coffe.

In this sentence, have all three items-strawberries,melon ,and yogurt been topped with local honey and walnuts? or just the yogurt has been topped?
