rock the mullet

Rock the mullet.
What does it mean? Is it an idiom? I think it's related to music.

Hi,

Yes, a mullet is indeed a hair-style for men. Short on top and in front, long at the back.

Supposedly, "Business at the front, partying at the back"!

The tendency is to think a little negatively about anyone who has one.
