C: What about when you're alone and listening to music? Do you dance or do you just sort of rock out?
D: Sometimes I do a little dance. Yeah! I dance pretty well with myself. It's actually a good kind of exercise. Solo dancercise.

- What do "rock out" and "dancercise" meanin this sentence?

I'm not sure but I take "just sort of rock out" as diggin' the music - gettin' into it - movin' with it - by yourself.
