It goes without saying that more and more accidental risks nowadays occur in human life and regularly organizing driver license tests are more effective than only a single one. From my point of view, this method absolutely contributes numerous advantages compared to little drawbacks by checking people’s ability.
To start with the demerits of repeat driving tests, more driving tests are willing to cause a loss of money, effort happens when they are quite busy in modern life. Moreover, they truly prepare for the following event by allocating money then affording to pass this exam and this is irrational unless some participants are free to do other tasks. Researchers show evidence that a vast of blue workers in China are struggling to set a schedule for other outside activities besides intensive works so that driving exams repeating annually is not appropriate for them to enroll without any aid.
To outline the advantages, their benefits have a vital role in reducing traffic accidents and enhance awareness of people about traffic safety. In addition, authorities would offer several requirements for citizens meeting in order to check citizens’ abilities including driving skills, the rules of conduct and this way helps participants have responsibility for their actions and do not make any bad consequences for other members. for example, after having established traffic rights in HCMC, people firstly feel depressed because of so many ties like taking helmet before joining traffic way, a maximum of the movement are just two, but luckily local residents soon adjust their behavior then attitude toward a positive outlook, and thereafter they attempt to adapt the new laws. This circumstance does not only create traffic awareness but it also diminishes traffic damage for all applicants.
In short, road accidents happen too much in traffic systems in modern life and cause harmful aspects. Moreover, people would reconstruct the safety of traffic lines thanks to taking yearly driving tests and these useful activities bring enormous benefits rather than the loss of money or any effort.
