But, if 'ri-' has a place in Italian meaning 'repeat', and 'tazza' means cup, then it would be reasonable to coin a word, and mean by it what they said.
If you were in an Italian language newsgroup and were asked for the literal translation of a shop that sold coffee called "The Cafe Recup", what would you come up with?
