It's probably a made-up name. If there are web pages that mention it without also mentioning coffee, I don't have the patience to find them.

But, if 'ri-' has a place in Italian meaning 'repeat', and 'tazza' means cup, then it would be reasonable to coin a word, and mean by it what they said.
