'risk compliance'?

Hi,

Please have a look at this:

The CFO's role traditionally involves leading his or her own finance organisation and working with the board on issues relevant to the company's financia health and risk evaluation, including techniques to mitigate risk, as well as risk compliance.

What does 'risk compliance' mean? Does it mean 'accepting risks (maybe for some good opportunities'?

Many thanks,

Nessie.
