when I assign a lawsuit to a lawyer, i shall sign an agency agreement with the lawyer, setting down the matters to be assigned and the remuneration due to the lawyer etc.
if the agreement stipulates that where i get no award from my case, i do not need to pay any attorney's fee and on the contrary if i am awarded certain amount of damages, i shall pay 20% thereof (a proportion higher than usual) to my attorney.
by literal translation from my own language, i come up with risky agency agreement for that kind of agreement abovementioned. does this make good sense to native speakers or does someone have a better idea for that?
tks

It sounds like what you are describing is no win - no fee agreement.
