Risen or Arisen

Hi. Which is correct when someone is talking about God in Christianity? Thank you in advance.

is risen God

Or

is arisen God

I am not sure it is pertinent to my question at all, but I think we write:

received much awaited fanfare

And not,

received much waited fanfare
