Right word that I can use in this sentence

Hi, I have two questions. I know the words but I don't know how different these words are

  1. procrastinate, postpone, put off
    - how these words are different?
  2. When I searched the word to describe soft bed that makes me comfortable and full of air and resilient , a dictionary suggest me
    these word [resilient, yielding, elastic, bouncy, springy]. How can I describe it and which words shoud I choose?
