If an account is with an internet service, say, and the owners of the service stopped me from using it, I would say...

- My account is blocked. / My account has been blocked.

Or possibly...

- My account has been locked

If the account is with a bank - and let's say I was suspected of using the account improperly, so they have stopped me using it - the
