Right now and at the moment

Right now/at the moment I'm in the garden
I'm in the garden right now/ at the moment.

Should I use right now/at the moment at the beginning or at the end of the sentence?

Please help.

They can both go in either position. I would say that "at the moment" is more usual at the end though.
