right from the very chop rule

Hello to the beloved EnglishForward habitues. A soccer speaker recently said "all 3 goals so far have been right from the very chop rule" . I've not gotten what exactly was meant by "right from the very chop rule" . If I had asked it here, Could someone have helped me ? make me get the drift at least, please. Thanks.

have been right in the very top drawer

We say that something is "top-drawer" if it is exceptionally good. The thing is figuratively in the uppermost drawer in a chest of drawers. The announcer played around with that, reverting to a literal interpretation somewhat. Normally, you'd hear "have been top-drawer".
