Hi. Which is correct, "ride the bus, too" or "ride buses, too"? Thank you in advance for your help.

Guide dogs help people who cannot see. They can ride the bus (ride buses), too.

Anonymous "ride the bus, too" or "ride buses, too"?
You can feel completely free to choose the one you like better because both are commonly used.

(I'd probably say "the bus".)

We don't ride buses in BrE, We take them or go by them.

Ride or take buses would make more sense because, you have not mentioned any particular bus and are therefore talking about buses in general.
