Ride a motorbike or drive a motorbike?

Some people are arguing that they can either say drive a motorbike or ride a motorbike. As far as I know we just say: ride a motorbike.

And we also say : drive a train.

Could you please help me? I am really confused.

Both are in use, but 'ride' is more usual:
