Riddle someone's body with bullets

Hi

Could you please tell me how these sentences sound to you? Any suggestions please?

(Context: Gangster fights, police encounters, etc)

  1. He'll have your body riddled with bullets if you oppose him any further.
  2. Riddle his body with bullets. (order to subordinates)
  3. His body was riddled with bullets in the encounter.
  4. Surrender right now or your body will be riddled with bullets.
