Riddle solving

Any skilled decrypters out there? Came across this and have no idea what it means.

The only apparent clues i can see are the 2 coordinates at the bottom, and they point to somewhere in the middle of the ice sea near greenland if they are even on the map. It does correspond to the blue white backdrop though, with the icy spots on google maps. Maybe those 2 are the 2 that are "seen" and there is a third one hidden somewhere?
