You have 12 people on an island..11 of them weighs the same,1 is slightly different in weight.There is one seesaw on the island,and you can only use it 3 times...how do you figure out if the person who weighs slightly different,is heavier or lighter than the rest?

You only need one try. Put 6 people on each end of the seesaw. If it goes down, the odd person is slightly heavier than the others, if up, slightly lighter.
