The first line clearly states it to be a marine animal of capible speeds.
The second possibly means that it needs to breathe.
Still need to work on the third line.
But the fourth means that it is an animal with skin most likely not meant to be made into shoes.
My guess would be it is either a dolphin or whale of some kind.

WoW, It's so different from Chinese Riddles. I am inspired by Game_Nemesis, wondering if is the fish with spikes all over, which will distend to a balloon floating away in danger. Sorry, I dont know the technical name for it, since this kind of English words are too high-profile for me to memorize.
