TV advertisements usually promote certain brand batteries last longer. I am going to examine for myself if this statement is true. And I also need to know if there is a real difference between battery lives of different brands.
"I became interested in this topic because of a trip I once took with my sixth grade class. I went to camp for one week & I wanted to buy a flashlight so I can take it with me when I go out at night for outdoor activities. I didn’t know which one can output the most power (length in use), so I thought this would be a good time to experiment my inquiry in this Science fair project.
In the near future this experiment will help me choose a good brand that produces batteries and with a good deal in terms of price and length of use.
This will also help other people make a good discussion on what brand battery they should buy in the future.
During this experiment I will learn about electricity and technical differences among different batteries.
