rewrite sentece in passive voice?

I don't know how to rewrite this sentence in passive voice.
"Would you like to have a drink with me?" He said to me.

I don't know why you would want to write it in passive voice, but here it is.

"Would you like to have a drink with me?" was said to me by him.
