Hi! Could any Engish teacher help me correct this sentence:

I suppose he is talking about the girl who is dressing in blue.

I suppose that he is talking about the girl who is dressing in blue.

Which one is correct?If they are both wrong, pls help me revise them. thanx!

Sorry, CJ, I don't really understand. Do you mean I could say " I suppose he is talking about the girl dressed in blue/ girl in blue."? Can't I add "who" after girl? or to say " be dressing in blue"?

You can add "who is".

[Optional elements in parentheses.]

I suppose (that) he is talking about the girl (who is) dressed in blue.

We would not usually add "who is" with the simpler "in blue":

I suppose (that) he is talking about the girl in blue.
