Can someone please check the following summary.

Short description
Pandian, the son of a cop and a wannabe rowdy, falls in love with Kadhambari, a hearing-impaired girl, who wants him to take on Killivalavan, a gangster-politician who has murdered her parents.

Long description
Pandi's only ambition is to become a gangster which contradicts with his cop mother who dreams of making him a police officer. He manages to become a self-made ruffian and that's when he meets Kadambari, who is deaf seeking his help to take revenge against, Killivalavan, a local gangster with powerful political connections who has murdered her parents. Can Kadambari and Pandi succeed?

This is odd because it is not natural or common in English. You should explain what it means so that it can be rewritten in an understandable way.

I'm referring to a person who wants to be a gangster. I guess it should be more natural to use gangster instead of rowdy. What do you say?
