Thank you for your consideration in relation to belated catalogues. Since we haven’t had any change of address and there is no FedEx service in Iraq, using DHL service which has an official office in Baghdad is recommended.

Thank you very much for your email. As we checked Fedex, they said they have no service in Baghdad. So you didn't receive our catalogue which we sent on Mar 27. Would you be able to inform us another address so that we could send you catalogue by Fedex again?
