Revise Salary Increment
Hello,
I am workint as Sr. Software Engineer. Yesterday, I got Salary increment. But it is below my expectation compare to my performance. So i want to send mail to HR department that indicates my salary expectation. I want more 5% increment in this scale. So pls help me tell me how to inform hr about my salary expectation & Revise salary increment as per my expectation.
