Schedule a specific time for entertainment before you get tired. Think us as a motor engine. The in-time maintenance services before it breaks down can double its performance. Don’t wait for the time we have to. This is important. We can’t work forever. If you let your body break down, then it is too late to entertain yourself. If you let your mind automatically take a break for a rest, you break the neural pathway established in your brain, which cost you a lot of time to reform again. So, in our daily plan, or weekly plan, we should assign a tenured position for entertainment, which it deserves much more.
