Task 2: Today, TV channels provide men's sport shows than women's sport shows, why? Should TV channels give equal time for women's sport and men's sport

In this day and age, television shows have expanded on an unprecedented scale and formed a close correlation with people's entertainment. However, some people think that sports shows for men are produced more than for women. I opine that this issue might derive from preconception against women doing sport and men's sport shows are more sensational than women's and impartial coverage for both genders are significant.

To begin with, the belief that women should not take part in activities that seem aggressive and violent was entrenched deeply in society. Because the images of women who are required to be elegant and sympathetic completing with each other are unorthodox. For example, television programmes for women often regard cooking, arranging flowers, or fashion. Secondly, it is inevitable that sports shows involving men are more enjoyable and fun to watch. As men have innate strong, competitive, and aggressive qualities that make their shows more attractive. For instance, some sports like football, racing cars are more interesting than figure-skating or artistic dancing.

On the other hand, negligence in women's sports should be considered. First, equal time for both women and men can contribute to an egalitarian society. Because it is women's right to take part in sports teams or enjoy sports shows as men. For instance, more female sports are performed at the Olympics to propagate gender equality and exhort women to take part in outside activities. Secondly, sports shows play an instrumental role in educating children. It is important to teach teenagers about equality, fair play as well as respect for their counterparts. Girls would need to be encouraged to participate in sports and pursue their passion. While boys can learn how to treat impartially female friends.

In conclusion, prejudices about women are the main reason for the lack of women's sports shows. And equal time for women and men in sport can contribute to gender equality
