There are basically 2 types of letters in this regard, one is certificate of experience and another one is recommendation letter. I would suggest this more into recommendation letter. In the experience certificate, you could include all your job related information like, your employment period, last designation, job activities, project details, technologies etc. And it should be like a certificate
