Can someone take a look at this?

1 Money in a bank account is reverted to the state if there hasn't been any money transaction the account in 30 years.
2 How many of the 10 commandments does one have to follow/obey?

You could also write them as: Money in a bank account is reverted to the state if it there is no money transcated in 30 years. I couldn't get the 2nd one.

You could also write them as:

I couldn't get the 2nd one.
