Reversal test image adjectives reversed.

Hi I just do not understand this reversal test.

which one of the following sentences is correctly punctuated?

a. The cost, and size of computers are decreasing, almost as rapidly as processing power is increasing.

b. Database management systems were originally large, unwieldy, and difficult to use.

c. A factory closing means the community loses jobs tax revenues and retail sales.

D. An operating system is the set of instructions, that directs the overall operations of the computer.

I have done the reversal test and the only one that i come up with is in the reversal test. I dont think that I am understanding this correctly. Please help.

Sorry, I have no idea-- yet-- what a reversal test is; your example didn't seem to reverse all the adjectives. But ( b ) is indeed the correctly punctuated one.
