Revenue Report

Can someone please help me about Revenue Report,
I want to sent Revenue Report to HQ so i wrote below text is it correct or not?

The following attached is Revenue for the month of Jan details and the Revenue letters for the month of Jan have been sent to mentioned 3 government departments with 15% tax so the total amount is 90000 dollars
