Revenue Invoice

Can someone please help me about this email? I have sent the wrong email to Organizations, so How can write a proper email for apologizing .

This is my email sample:
Sorry for the previous email of revenue letter of January month which we had added 3% tax . So that one was incorrect.
Please see the attached Mizan new revenue invoice letter.
