Returning customer?

I know that returning customer refers to someone who buys at or visit a shop for the second time, at least.

How about if I'd like to emphasize a customer who often buys at the shop? The point is that he often buys there. Returning customer just sounds like it is not the first time only.

Regular customer? Doesn't sound right to me.
