could someone tell if the following sentences are correct if not correct them

1the deposit is retroactive 7 days/for 7 days
2 how many months retroactive is the pay increase/to what day is the increase retroactive/when is 3 it retroactive to/to what date is the increase backdated
4 the increase was retroactive/made retroactive to june 1st
5 how many months retroactive coverage do pregnant women have
retroactive pay is...
