Retrieve/take back

I take a clock that has stopped working to the watchmaker, and s/he tells me to come back after a week. When I go back to the watchmaker's (by the way, can "watchmaker's" be used for the shop of a watchmaker?), do I retrieve the clock or take the clock back?

Thank you for your help!
