I am preparing a resume for customer service occupations. The common trend is to create a summary or a bullet list of qualifications. Here is what I have but I want to know how I can combine the two latter sentences:
• An eloquent speaker who communicates in a clear, concise and friendly tone. • Empathizes with customers and actively listens to their requests or questions.
Finally, the first sentence is my opening statement but it's vague. I will make sure that the remainder of my resume provides the details about "excellent communication skills." But do I really need this sentence?
• Hard-working and productive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
