Resume English

Could you please take a look to see if they are ok? Is the word "recognition" here appropriate? Should I substitute the word "grade" to "review", as that is a result of a review?
  • The only recipient of an "Exceptional" performance grade in the team, an extremely rare recognition in the team's history
  • Rated top performer of the team for all three years at AAA Company
Thanks.

It looks fine. I rather like "recognition" there, but maybe others will differ. Another choice could be "rare event".

Thanks!
Do I need a "the" before "top performer", just to be consistent with the usage of the "the" in the first bullet point?
