OBJECTIVE
To acquire a position where I can utilize my knowledge and experience.
SUMMARY
· General office skills including file, data entry, and schedule appointments.
· Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
· Extensive computer training, which includes Microsoft Office, Internet, Photoshop, and ability to type 62 WPM.
· Highly organized, dedicated, motivated, confident, and hard-working.
· Capable of learning new concepts quickly, maintain effective relationships with others, and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
· Speak, read, and write Vietnamese fluently.
EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS
· Performed administrative and clerical support tasks with minimal supervision and completed 50% of the tutor request forms within two weeks after school started.
· Arranged appointments for students with tutors and ensure students understand the Tutoring Contract’s policy.
· Managed and maintained files, filing records, and students’ log-in database accurately.
· Registered walk-in students and answered students’ questions and concerns
